Park Shore BMW

This is a long overdue review. But here we go: we have purchased five BMWs from Parkshore BMW in North Vancouver in the course of the last 4 years. Our experience with their team has been nothing but spectacular.Everyone, all the way from James the owner, Heather in Finance, Patrick in Service, and Adamo the lead technician in Service have always gone above and beyond to ensure we have had a pleasant experience at Parkshore.But a special thanks and recognition should go to Alireza Mehryad, our sales specialist for his extensive technical knowledge about BMWs. His honesty and guidance in helping us choose the best model and options have always surprised us in a positive way over the years. Ali has always made sure that we have had a special experience when purchasing a new car all the way from ordering it to the delivery.We are extremely happy with our recent (Nov 2022) purchase of an i4. Like always Ali and the whole team at Parkshore made it a memorable experience. So thank you guys!

Here is a rundown of my purchasing experience with Park Shore BMW.I live in Kamloops so it is a 4 hour drive for me to come look at the car. Andy Hu was very easy to deal with over phone/email answering any questions that I had regarding the car. We had the deal agreed to before I came to look at the car which I appreciated as I didn't want to spend a whole day in Vancouver.The day I went to get the car I ended up arriving two hours before my scheduled pickup appointment. The receptionist Annie was very welcoming and got me some water while I waited. I asked if I could see the car however it was still getting cleaned. The Detail Manager Nick was able to show me another X4 as I had never sat in one before.Linda the F&I manager did an excellent job of helping me through my questions regarding extended warranty coverages and getting all of my paperwork signed up.Andy did a very in depth walk around and explained to me all the options and features the car came with, being a few years since my last BMW product I appreciated it.I can say my experience with this dealership was top shelf. I would recommend anyone to give them a shout if they are looking for a vehicle. They are exceptional at what they do.

I can't really put in words how happy I am with our new car and the entire process from order to delivery. The i4 drives like nothing I have ever felt before and being able to enjoy it this summer is such a bonus as initially the delivery time was expected to be much longer.Mike Regan is our contact here and he has been such a pleasure to work with. He is super nice, excited for you too, and on top of everything. Communication is always quick and efficient, and requests are handled promptly. Totally 100% experience!

My wife and I just purchased our first BMW and we had an awesome experience with Ash at Park Shore BMW! We are in Halifax, which made things a little more complicated but Ash made the process really easy for us, and he even drove our car to the rail yard to be shipped. Bought a 2018 330i xDrive M-Sport from this store in mid September, 2022. Ali from pre owned sales department was awesome in terms of sharing information and providing additional pictures. Would definitely buy from them again.
